Deer With Child

There were so many enticing collages to choose from by B.A. Lampman, but I simply could not resist purchasing this card yesterday, the little girl reminds me too much of my little one. I think I will have to return to get this one and this one!

Liza

Ever since I saw Cabaret for the first time a few months ago, I have been obsessed with Liza's green nail polish.  Now that I have a bottle of my own, I can not seem to put on any other colour.

Dream Cabin

I am obsessed with little houses lately. I dream of having a little cabaña on the beaches of Uruguay. Wouldn´t this be just darling?

Shopping Regrets

Do you ever have regrets about not buying something? For me these boots are it. Why why?! Did I not buy the teal blue pair with olive green piping? Why?! And they were on sale. Why did I even think they would be there the next week?!

Starck vs. Castiglioni

Photo via smartfurniture.com

The Ghost Chair by Phillipe Starck have always seduced me with their sexy transparency. Unfortunately my practical side always won, as I don´t think I would allow any of my visitors to sit down in the The Ghost Chair for fear of their clothing scratching up the surface. Therefore I would have a rule. If you sit in this chair, you must sit in it naked. And well....I don´t think I really want to see my friends naked, there are just somethings you do not want singed in your brain cells.

Then I saw this photograph. These chairs are perfect and have the best of both worlds. Sexy transparency and the practicality of the pillow´s protective buffering power. I think I prefer the brawniness of the barrel chair as well.

Dream Day Bed

Found this spacey day bed at VINTAGE + CHIC, it really makes my heart palpitate. I always had a self meter to measure my true desire for making a purchase. I would ask myself, do you want this fabulous sofa or a trip to Buenos Aires. But for this day bed, I may have almost decided to skip the trip.

I Want, I Want!

I have been searching the world over for a blue glass Buddha. Sadly, they seem to be quite rare. Although this Buddha is gorgeous, I want one that is translucent glass, but I would never ever deny this if someone were to give it to me. Ever since my Reiki master, Loro found her blue glass Buddha 11 years ago, I have been enchanted and have never stopped searching for this elusive Buddha. Perhaps I should let go of this idea and let the Buddha come to me.
